Wonderful aromas of grass, canned asparagus and passionfruit. Somewhat laid back on the palate, with loads of lemon and grapefruit flavour and an almost searing acidity. Good body and length. The nose is the star here, with enough character on the palate to carry it through. Try with shellfish, hollandaise sauce, or poached fish. (LCBO 22251)
