Style: W3
Canada: Niagara
Niagara could very well be the next great Sauvignon region. Look for tangy aromas of pear, melon and grapefruit. Equally tangy on the palate, with loads of citrus and just a touch of mineral. Very good body and length, with a touch of spice on the close. Bright, elegant and totally terrific! Try with gnocchi, smoked salmon or quiche. (LCBO 83196)

What does Sauvignon have to do with Pinot Gris. Isn't Pinot Gris a variant on Pinot Noir?
