Here’s irrefutable proof that tetrapak wines needn’t be crap. The nose here shows a slightly musty note -- suggesting oak -- alongside baked lemon and pear. The palate is quite solid, with an uplifting acidity and rich lemon/apple/caramel flavours, all supported by good body and length. Quite a good offering for the price. Would work well with any weekend BBQ. (LCBO 24794)
